The manor is situated in the south of Le Mans, in Fillé sur Sarthe, about 15 mins/12 kms from the Porsche Curves underpass in Arnage.
It is a private family home (and not a hotel) which has been in the same family for 7 generations.
Built in the 16th century, the manor has retained all of its original architecture. It is the ideal place to rent during Le Mans Classic and Le Mans 24 Hours weekends; a place which combines history, charm and tranquility next to Le Mans 24 Hour circuit.

Check-in : at 3pm. But every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check-in (if arranged in advance)
Check-out : before midday. Please tell us in advance if you require a later checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
House Rules
- SMOKING is completely FORBIDDEN inside the house.
- No pets.
- No loud noise after 2 am
- Treat our house with the same respect as would in your own house. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Our Strict cancellation policy allows guests to receive a full refund if they cancel within 72 hours of booking and at least 3 months before a listing’s check-in time.
In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours, after the booking, the guest is only entitled to 50% refund, regardless of how far out the check-in date is (less than 30 days prior to the arrival date).
Refunds are not available if the guest cancels less than 2 months prior to the arrival date.
