Dear Hosts,
We are so happy you chose our property for Le Mans Classic and Le Mans 24 hours weekends.
Before you book, we would like to make aware of the House Rules. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Information
Driving Directions
The GPS coordinates of the house will be communicated to you after the bookings and the 30% deposit.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in : at 3pm. But every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check-in (if arranged in advance)
Check-out : before midday. Please tell us in advance if you require a later checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
House Rules
- SMOKING is completely FORBIDDEN inside the house.
- No pets.
- No loud noise after 2 am
- Treat our house with the same respect as would in your own house. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Our Strict cancellation policy allows guests to receive a full refund if they cancel within 72 hours of booking and at least 3 months before a listing’s check-in time.
In the event of a cancellation within 72 hours, after the booking, the guest is only entitled to 50% refund, regardless of how far out the check-in date is (less than 30 days prior to the arrival date).
Refunds are not available if the guest cancels less than 2 months prior to the arrival date.
